1. Each restaurant's data is kept in its own isolated workspace and is never shared with other restaurants.
2. Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Lapsed workspaces become read-only after a 3-day grace period; data is retained.
3. The restaurant is responsible for menu prices, GST registration details and compliance on invoices it issues to customers.
4. You can export your data at any time.
